Statement of Faith – We Believe:

  1. That all scripture is divinely inspired by God (2 Tim. 3:16).

  1. That God is a triune being (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), yet one God (Matt. 3:16-17, Eph. 4:6).

  1. That you must be born again to enter into the Kingdom of God (John 3:3).

  1. That to be born again you must have godly sorrow which leads to repentance, believe in your heart God raised Jesus from the dead, and confess with you mouth that Jesus is Lord (2 Cor. 7:10, Rom. 10:9).

  1. In the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and that empowerment comes when baptized in the Holy Spirit  (Acts 1:5, 8).

  1. In the manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit given to each one as the Spirit wills (1 Cor. 12:7-11).

  1. That all Christians should be water baptized to walk in newness of life (Matt. 18:19, Rom. 6:4).

  1. That Christian development and growth comes from renewing the mind through the Word of God (Rom. 12:2).

  1. That faith is developed and success will come by hearing and meditating on God’s Word (Rom. 10:17, Joshua 1:8).

  1. That it is God’s will for us to prosper in all things and be in health (3 John 2).

  1. That the corporate body is to come together regularly to worship the Lord in the corporate setting and to encourage one another in the Lord (Heb. 10:24-25, Psalm 150:1-6).

  1. That Jesus Christ is the Head of the church and the church is subject to Him (Eph. 5:23-24).

  1. That Jesus has given us authority over all the powers of darkness (Luke 10:19).

  1. That Jesus has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, as gifts to the body of Christ to perfect them for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-12).

  1. That Jesus will return to catch away His church (1 Thess. 4:16-17).

  1. That all will be judged; sinners for their sin, and saints for their work here on earth (Rev. 20:11-15, 2 Cor. 5:10).

  1. THE SACRAMENTS AND ORDINANCES – There are ordinances by which one can demonstrate and express their faith:

  • Holy Communion – Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:24-27

  • Baptisms – Acts 1:8 Acts 2:38 1 Corinthians 12:13 – There are sacraments we hold sacred and live by with deep conviction:

  • Anointing of the Sick. James 5:14-15

  • Holy Matrimony Between a Man and a Woman. Matthew 19:5-6, Hebrews 13:4, Ephesians 5:31

  • Child Dedication. Deuteronomy 6:4-7, Luke 2:22

  • Ordination of Ministers. Acts 13:1-4, 1 Timothy 2:7, Exodus 28:41

  1. THE INSTITUTION OF THE HOME

  • Life begins in the womb. Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 139:13, 16

  • Marriage is between a man and a woman only. Genesis 2:18-25, Proverbs 5:18-19, 1 Corinthians 7:1 16God Himself created and instituted marriage as the holy union between one man and one woman, according to the Holy Scriptures. No other form of union or marriage is acceptable in the eyes of God or by this corporation/church.“But from the beginning of the creation, God “made them male and female.’ “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.” (Mark 10:6-9 NKJV).

  • Children are a heritage from the Lord and are to be brought up scripturally. Psalm 127:3, Proverbs 22:6

  • The husband is the head of the home, and he must give an account to Christ. Ephesians 5:22-23, Colossians 3:18-19

  1. THE MILLENNIAL REIGN – A thousand years on earth, during which satan will be bound, and the Lord will have things the way He always intended for His kingdom and His saints. Revelation 20:1-6
